A Day In The Office Series-Who let the dog out?

Looks like the amp is smiling or smirking?!?! Just my observation.

This is a call from an agent in the office trying to build rapport while troubleshooting.

Agent: Do you have a pet, sir?
Customer: Yes.
Agent: Is it a dog?
Customer: No! Why?
Agent: I heard a barking sound in the background.
Customer: F--k you! That’s my wife coughing!
Agent: Oh, I’m sorry sir.
Customer: I want to talk to your supervisor now!

Another escalated call hahahaa Bloopers in the office never fail to put a smile on my face.

Burnt-out

I have been thinking long and hard about leaving the company. I feel so tired and I am not motivated to go to work. Its like dragging myself everyday to go to the office. I hate that feeling, not healthy. It used to be very easy to work in the office but things has changed. Lately management is requiring everyone to render mandatory e.t., which sucks big time. Staying in the office after the shift is the last thing in my mind. Aside from that the pressure is high to get good NQA score with low AHT. Duh! Just shoot me straight in the head! Everyone keeps on reminding the agents to keep focus and always on guard if our calls are being monitored. Give us a break for God sake. Management doesn't even have a bloody single clue what we are going through every time we take calls. Add to that is the freaking shifting schedule. I am not getting enough sleep. Can you imagine sleeoping for an average of 3-4 hrs a day?!?! I'm a walking corpse, seriously. Sooo frustrated. I should follow suit to Brent. Resign resign resign hahahaha Right now Im shopping around for good offers. We will see. On that note, let me log in to my jobstreet account. See ya! :)

A Day In The Office Series-There is a God!

While troubleshooting with a customer somewhere in O-f*cking-HIO, U.S. of A.

Customer: Hmmm… Where are you located?
Benz: We’re located in Manila, Philippines.
Customer: Where???
Benz: In the Philippines.
Customer: Huh? Where is that?
Benz: *OMFG* The Philippines is in South East Asia. If you have a map we are just above Indonesia and Taiwan directly north.
*Gosh, someone needs to review his Geography*
Customer: Ahhh… I see… Do you have a television there?
Benz: I beg your pardon?
Customer: I said, Do you have a television in the Philippines. *Im not deaf for God sake, I just can’t believe what I just heard*
Benz: Errr…Yes!?
*Hold your breath, the next question is the killer!*
Customer: ohhh.. hmmmm … Do you have a God?
Benz: *Whatttt??? You gotta be kidding me!*

Can you guess what’s my answer to that question? hehehehe

A call I received earlier today. I don’t need to elaborate. Trust me.

Benz: Thank you for calling _________. My name is Benz. May I have your phone number beginning with the area code, please?
Customer: Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot
Benz: Hello?! May I have your phone number beginning with the area code, please?
Customer: Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot Toot
Benz: *Whattadafuck* Sir, please stop dialing the number on the phone.
Customer: Huh?
Benz: I need your phone number so I can pull up your account.
Customer: F*ck! What’s wrong with this Automated Phone System?
Benz: *What freaking phone system are you talking about!?!?!* Absolutely nothing, sir. I just need you to give me your phone number.
Customer: OHHHH MYYYYY GODDDDD! Am I speaking to a live person?
Benz: *Eyes rolling* Errr…Yes!?
Customer: Are you sure you’re not a machine?
Benz: Faints... LOL

Ooopsy!

I’m busted! I just found out this evening that our helper arranged my stuff in my bathroom cabinet. So what, right? But the thing is, she even managed to sort my packs of condoms! LOL It’s not really a big deal for me as a matter of fact I find it hilarious but I’m worried for her. You know, she is still virgin with the ways of the world (as far as I know) so I can imagine what’s going on her mind whilst arranging my “THINGS”. My packs of condoms (supplied by my very liberated mom. Yes, you heard me right, my mommy! LOL) contains very graphic illustrations (leaves nothing to your imagination!) unlike the pack of condoms you buy locally where you only have the boring-black-and-white visual. As if it’s important right? LOL Anyway at least my things are clean and organized now…. by flavors. LOL

Here we go again…

My new schedule for this quarter was rolled out today. I have to bid adieu to my 7am to 4pm shift and welcome the stressful hours of 9pm to 6am shift. Urgh! My body clock will be screwed up again. If you work in a call center, you’re probably used to the shifting schedules, right? But not for me! I hate transition big time. Why? Well, night shift means no more barkada night out... abnormal sleeping hours… irregular day offs… and no social life. Wahhh just kill me now, please. This shift is prone to E.T. or mandatory overtime as well so better expect longer phone time on the floor. Tsk tsk tsk Im sure brent can relate to this LOL But on the other hand I will receive more thanks to higher night differential pay, which is always good! $$$$ Oh well, enough ranting its 11am and I need to catch some sleep. ZZZZzzzzzz
