I just have to blog this though its silly. The agent involved is actually a friend of mine. :)
Agent is having a hard time dealing with an irate customer while troubleshooting…
Customer: I want a technician now!
Agent: Sir, I understand but we need to perform some steps over the phone.
Customer: Your equipment is shit! I will throw it out of my window! You are useless! F*ck you!
Agent: I don’t appreciate your language, sir.
Customer: F*ck you!!!!!!!!
My friend turned the mute on, and shouted to her Coach,
"Coachie, help! the customer is F*CKING ME!!!!! "… and everyone on the floor taking calls looked at her.
Wow! My friend sure knows how to attract attention. Hahahha I know how hard it is to deal with irate customers, so friend next time they curse you, f*ck them as well! hahahaha

Written by Benz on Friday, March 21, 2008Ohhh I hate my job big time! I have work today while everyone is out of the city enjoying the holiday break with their family and friends. My mom messaged me yesterday that the whole family will be spending the holy week in our vacation house in Batangas and I am the only one missing. Arrrgghhh I am sure everyone is having fun while me is stuck here in the city working. Not fair! Anyhoo, on my way to work I managed to snapped some photos of devotees who self-flagellate as expressions of penance in the streets. Ouch! Enjoy the holy week guys.

Looks like the amp is smiling or smirking?!?! Just my observation.
This is a call from an agent in the office trying to build rapport while troubleshooting.
Agent: Do you have a pet, sir?
Customer: Yes.
Agent: Is it a dog?
Customer: No! Why?
Agent: I heard a barking sound in the background.
Customer: F--k you! That’s my wife coughing!
Agent: Oh, I’m sorry sir.
Customer: I want to talk to your supervisor now!
Another escalated call hahahaa Bloopers in the office never fail to put a smile on my face.
Agent: Do you have a pet, sir?

Burnt-out
Written by Benz on Thursday, February 28, 2008I have been thinking long and hard about leaving the company. I feel so tired and I am not motivated to go to work. Its like dragging myself everyday to go to the office. I hate that feeling, not healthy. It used to be very easy to work in the office but things has changed. Lately management is requiring everyone to render mandatory e.t., which sucks big time. Staying in the office after the shift is the last thing in my mind. Aside from that the pressure is high to get good NQA score with low AHT. Duh! Just shoot me straight in the head! Everyone keeps on reminding the agents to keep focus and always on guard if our calls are being monitored. Give us a break for God sake. Management doesn't even have a bloody single clue what we are going through every time we take calls. Add to that is the freaking shifting schedule. I am not getting enough sleep. Can you imagine sleeoping for an average of 3-4 hrs a day?!?! I'm a walking corpse, seriously. Sooo frustrated. I should follow suit to Brent. Resign resign resign hahahaha Right now Im shopping around for good offers. We will see. On that note, let me log in to my jobstreet account. See ya! :)

Customer: Hmmm… Where are you located?
Benz: We’re located in Manila, Philippines.
Customer: Where???
Benz: In the Philippines.
Customer: Huh? Where is that?
Benz: *OMFG* The Philippines is in South East Asia. If you have a map we are just above Indonesia and Taiwan directly north.
*Gosh, someone needs to review his Geography*
Customer: Ahhh… I see… Do you have a television there?
Benz: I beg your pardon?
Customer: I said, Do you have a television in the Philippines. *Im not deaf for God sake, I just can’t believe what I just heard*
Benz: Errr…Yes!?
*Hold your breath, the next question is the killer!*
Customer: ohhh.. hmmmm … Do you have a God?
Benz: *Whatttt??? You gotta be kidding me!*
Can you guess what’s my answer to that question? hehehehe
